This goes for the kind of DP OCs that are exactly like their creator, just with ghost powers...and dating Danny. This does not go for DP OCs that are in the least bit just a little similar to their creators. Okay?
Yeah, I HATE those self insert halfa sues that are 'original characters'. Dude, it is YOU WITH GHOST POWERS, not a character. SO STFU. The only 'self insert DP OC' that I like is ~daniphantomforever's purposeful (sp?) self insert of herself, since she is very original compared to other self insert halfas' designs. She's just a lot different compared to other self inserts, and she doesn't claim that she is an OC.
These type of 'DP OCs' are so freaking annoying and are EVERYWHERE lately. If you're going to make a DP OC:
A. Don't name him/her after yourself, please, for my sanity
B. Don't make him/her just like you
C. Don't call him/her an OC, cause it's not, it is just YOU. and
D. Don't name her 'Phantom' without good reason. There are plenty of synonyms to ghost, not just phantom or spirit, or even specter. kthx
For example: 'hai im Ashley Phantom, and I luv Danneh cause ima fan n stuffe. i looke just liek mai creator, s/he creatod meh to be awsum and kinda liek her but not her u f***er. i has all of teh powers of danneh, and teh same suit and greeen ectoplasm and eyes tooo, but I am wayyy moar powurful. i ish an ORIGINEL charactor, juu bitchy flamer!' -le sigh-

What if we have a self insert,who is a halfa BUT isn't in a romantic relationship with Danny(the self-insert lives in an era where Danny and the rest are DEAD,so no)and isn't more powerful than Danny?And the self insert has flaws and such.What a twist...
